PETERS & PETERS law offices were established in
1995 in Glenwood, Minnesota by attorneys, Jim and
Karna (Johnson) Peters. Since that time, the
firm's practice has grown significantly. The
firm has done substantial work for a
Minnesota-based Fortune 500 company on
environmental and regulatory matters, and
has represented clients from various parts of
the state in significant land use and
environmental review matters before the
Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, the
Minnesota Environmental Quality Board,
District Courts and Minnesota Court of
Appeals. We represent several Minnesota
municipalities, including townships, on land use and other
matters. We also represent citizen groups around
Minnesota regarding environmental review and
permitting of various development projects throughout the state
of Minnesota. The firm has also
counseled clients in business and corporate
matters, real estate, wills and estate planning
and probate, as well as advising clients on
municipal and township obligations.
