Mr. Peters graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School and began
his practice as an associate with Winthrop & Weinstine in the Twin Cities. Mr.
Peters practiced law in California from 1988-1993. From 1993-2001, Mr.
Peters practiced as Of Counsel with Quinlivan & Hughes in St. Cloud,
Minnesota. He and Karna Peters formed Peters & Peters, PLC, in 1995. Mr.
Peters has a law practice including corporate, business, land use, municipal law,
environmental law, civil litigation and the representation of townships,
companies and individuals. His practice includes advising clients and
appearing in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Peters was a member of the Florida State University golf team, along with
PGA tour players Paul Azinger, Brian Kamm and Nolan Henke, among others. Mr. Peters has
won golf tournaments on the Golden State Tour in California and with the
Minnesota Section of the PGA as professional golfer.
